ServiceNav 3.12 – Bulk Import Site / Box – Simplified Box Creation- Summary of Operational Issues

Back to news

Need to speed up your multi-site and / or multi-box configuration?

With version 3.12.0, it is now possible to mass import boxes and sites from a CSV file.

Do you want to identify supervised objects in your fleet that frequently generate alerts, or are the least available?

A new report has been added: Summary of Operational Issues. This report, in XLS format, makes it possible to highlight the hosts and / or services that regularly alert.

Do you find the process of creating a ServiceNav Box too long, subject to errors?

Everything is now through the website, automatically, and in a single click.

Lastly, the effort to localise plug-ins in English continues.

About 40 functional , technical and corrective developments have been made.

The update on ServiceNav SaaS will be the subject of a separate communication.

You will find details of this new version below.
