Creation of a ticket on the services associated with an equipment

Version concerned: from 3.9

It is now possible, when creating a ticket/acquittal on alert, to select one or more alert services, attached to this equipment.

Upon validation, the selected equipment and services are acknowledged

The number of the ticket created for the equipment is indicated in the acknowledgement comment on each of them.

This feature allows for faster processing of alerts and better information propagation in the event of failures/ malfunctions affecting multiple services on a device.
