This documentation is intended for any ServiceNav user who has access to the technical operation and the event log.
The event log allows you to find all status changes confirmed (HARD states) on a set of eu equipment and/or unit services indicated in the filtering.
The checkbox Accounts and subordinates is active on the event log search.
Searching for an entire park is very resource-intensive, so it is advisable to filter a priori, otherwise a very large volume of information will be displayed.
Filtering is relative to:
- a time slot
- the category of objects
