How do I connect using the mobile application?

SaaS user

If you are a user of the SaaS platform, launch the mobile application and enter your ServiceNav account (email + password) in the login screen.

On-premise mode

If you host your own monitoring platform, launch the mobile application and click on the link at the bottom: "Connection settings". A new field appears with the URL of the platform to which it connects by default:

Change the URL of the connection platform with your "Custom URL appended with"/api/mobility" and enter your ServiceNav account (email + password or LDAP account) in the login screen.

Example: "" + "/api/mobility" = "".

Caution: Your SSL Certificate must be signed by a Certificate Authority..


If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it on the login page of the web application.
