Management of companies and intern/customer users

Site creation (RPC)

Site users will be intern users (RPC).

To create a site:

  • Go to the root partner company
  • Organisation > Sites > Add
  • Fill in the "CRM Link"
  • Data are loaded
  • Apply

Customer Creation (SIG)

Users of a customer company will be customer users (SIG).

To create a site:

  • Go to the root partner (or customer) company
  • Organisation > Customers > Add
  • Mode: Infogerance
  • Fill in the "CRM Link"
  • Data are loaded
  • Apply

Creating an Internal User Account (RPC)

In order to create an internal user (technician or manager) :

  • Place yourself on the RPC company (or one of its sites)
  • Administration > Application > User Accounts > Add
  • Define a RPC_ET or RPC_DAF profile
  • Fill in the "CRM Link" (Contact in the CRM)
  • Apply

Creating a customer user account (MIS)

In order to create an internal user (technician or manager) :

  • Place yourself on the Client company
  • Administration > Application > User Accounts > Add
  • Define a GIS_A or GIS_DAF profile
  • Fill in the "CRM Link" (Contact in the CRM)
  • Apply
