Pre-requisites
To receive notifications, the user must be connected to the mobile application on their platform (See /servicenav/en/documentation/comment-se-connect-via-lapplication-mobile/)
The session must remain active. The session duration is a global setting across your entire platform (default 90 days). It is therefore necessary to launch the application at least once every 90 days.
WARNING: Platform upgrades disconnect all sessions, making it necessary to log in again.

How notifications work
Open application :
Displaying a notification on the screen :
Clicking on the notification opens the page of the object related to the notification (Host, Action, ...).
The notification will disappear after a few seconds, it is possible to retrieve it via the Notifications tab.
Application running in background :
(Screens may differ depending on OS and Smartphones)
Open the notification.
