Pre-requisites

To receive notifications, the user must be connected to the mobile application on their platform (See /servicenav/en/documentation/comment-se-connect-via-lapplication-mobile/)

The session must remain active. The session duration is a global setting across your entire platform (default 90 days). It is therefore necessary to launch the application at least once every 90 days.

WARNING: Platform upgrades disconnect all sessions, making it necessary to log in again.
