Prerequisites

To receive notifications, the user must be connected to the mobile application on his platform (See /servicenav/en/documentation/how-to-connect-via-mobile-application/)

The session must remain active. The session duration is global to all your platform and is by default 90 days. It is therefore necessary to launch the application at least once every 90 days.

WARNING: In case of a version upgrade of your platform, the sessions are deleted, so it is necessary to connect again.
