When using the agent mode, they must be able to communicate the collected information to a Box, which centralizes this data before integrating it into the application.
The SNBox in charge of this collection must be "mutualized".
To do this, when creating the box at the partner level, check the "Is shared" option.

Data necessary for the operation of agents on supervised Windows devices:
- Password NSClientPP : used by the NSClientPP service running on the supervised server to send the supervision data to the shared ServiceNav Box. Free choice.
- Public IP address IP address: public IP address used by the NSClientPP service running on the supervised server to upload supervision data to the shared ServiceNav Box. This address must be declared on the partner infrastructure, and routed to the shared ServiceNav Box. If the shared ServiceNav Box is located in the COSERVIT infrastructure (some SaaS mode boxes), the IP is provided by COSERVIT.
- Maximum time difference delay: maximum delay between the time stamp of the data sent by the NSClientPP service running on the supervised server and the time of the ServiceNav Box. The maximum delay is 900 seconds. If the difference exceeds this maximum, the data is not collected by the shared ServiceNav Box. It is therefore crucial that the ServiceNav Box and the supervised server are synchronized on a time source (see Agent mode prerequisites: ServiceNav Agent installation)
- Port Used by the NSClientPP service running on the supervised server to upload supervision data to the shared ServiceNav Box. Must be open.
Data additional necessary for the operation of the Inventory, on Windows devices
- URL of the webservice indicates the location of the web service used by the ServiceNav Agent service running on the monitored server to retrieve the inventory data
