If you are a SaaS user, launch the mobile application and enter your ServiceNav account (email + password) in the login screen.
User in license mode
If you host your own monitoring platform, launch the mobile application and click on the link at the bottom: "Connection settings". A new field appears with the URL of the platform on which it connects by default: https://servicenav.io/api/mobility
Change the URL of the login platform to your "Custom URL + /api/mobility" and enter your ServiceNav account (email + password or LDAP account) in the login screen.
Example: " https://servicenav.io " + " /api/mobility " = " https://servicenav.io/api/mobility "
Warning: your SSL certificate must be signed by a certificate authority.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it on the login page of the web application.
