With the mobile application, it is possible to access the file of a user service supervised by Service Nav and to find the essential information.

Accessing the User Service Master Record

There are several ways to access the User Service record:

  • Via the search for user services
  • Via the dashboard if the user service is in alert
  • Via the Company file and the "User Services" menu

On the upper part, it is possible to find :

- Name, type (logo) and company name

- The number of dependencies in the most critical status and suffixed with a "+" if other lower error statuses exist

- The duration of the last state change (here 2 weeks)

 

The bottom part displays the dependencies that make up the user service with the following information for each one:

- The name and the dependency company

- The status (color bar)

- The type of dependency by the logo (User service, equipment, unit service)

- Type of relationship (Degrading in orange and blocking in red)

- The status or number of dependencies in the colored circle and the duration.
