Our SaaS services, including the product Viadéis Services you use, experienced a service interruption between 4:03 and 4:13 pm on 7/29/2015, with an overall return to normal at 4:42 pm.
This interruption was caused by the loss of connectivity to the Internet by the hosting company, despite the redundant access to the points of presence.
