A maintenance operation is taking place today on the raw history data warehouse on the Viadéis™ SaaS Services platform from 8pm today.
This maintenance operation requires a preparation phase that will be initiated at 2pm. It will involve a stop of the Viadéis™ Services Box history message flows to the Viadéis™ Services SaaS platform from this date.
From 2pm to 8pm, all operations on the platform will be possible. The supervision service at the Viadéis™ Services Box (notification, data collection) will not be impacted at all. You will be able to browse the application without any problem. The only impact will be on viewing status and performance histories, which will not be available after 2pm.
From 8pm to 8:30pm, access to the supervision website will be cut off. The supervision service at the Viadéis™ Services Boxes (notification, data collection) will not be impacted at all. Access will be restored at 8:30pm.
From about 8:30 pm to 11:30 pm, at a rate of about 10,000 messages per hour, data from the Viadéis™ Services Boxes will be gradually reinserted.
