In order to provide you with always more availability and performance, we perform modifications on the Viadéis™ Services SaaS platform. Thus, a maintenance operation is planned August 18, 2015 from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm on this platform. We are exceptionally carrying out this operation during the day in order to ensure its success.
We anticipate that during this time slot, message flows between the Viadéis™ Services Boxes for supervision and the Viadéis™ Services SaaS platform will stop for a maximum of 15 minutes. Therefore, during this period, orders to the Viadéis™ Services Boxes will no longer be sent (immediate checks, maintenance, configuration reloads, censuses) and the data collected by the Viadéis™ Services Boxes (inventory, state change history and performance metrics) will be placed on hold on the Viadéis™ Services Boxes.
The supervision service at the Viadéis™ Services Box (notification, data collection) will not be impacted at all.
You will be able to navigate the application without any problem.
