In order to provide you with more and more availability and performance, and to address a capacity issue, we perform a historical data relocation on the platform Viadéis™ SaaS Services. This maintenance operation had been prepared for a long time, but we had to anticipate its realization today. We apologize for the late notice period.
This maintenance operation is planned November 26, 2015 from 5:30 p.m. on this platform. We exceptionally carry out this operation at the end of the day in order to ensure its full success. We estimate that it will take approximately four hours.
During this time frame, we anticipate a halt in the flow of history messages from the Viadéis™ Services Box supervision services to the Viadéis™ SaaS platform for the duration of the operation. Therefore, during this period, the visualization of status histories and performance data will not be possible.
All other operations on the platform will be possible. The supervision service at Viadéis™ Services Box (notification, data collection) will not be impacted at all. You will be able to navigate the application without any problem.
