The supervision environment SaaS Viadéis™ Services, will be modified May 25th from 8pm. The unavailability of access to the monitoring website is estimated at one hour. There will be no supervision stoppage, notifications will be sent normally in case of equipment unavailability or threshold crossings on the supervised services.
Developments deployed on the supervision environment SaaS Viadéis™ Services, are aimed at improving performance.
This operation is not applicable for customers in license mode where the supervision is located on customer site, and are therefore not impacted by this maintenance.
