BOX mode
ArcServe_EventLog
Scans the Windows event log for Arcserve notifications over a period of time specified in the template configuration. Changes to Alert status when at least one backup job is in WARNING status over the period. Changes to Critical when no backup jobs have been completed over the period, or when at least one backup job is in ERROR status over the period. Configuration: configure Arcserve to insert notifications into the Windows event log. This template is compatible for Arcserve versions 11.5 to 15.

ArcServe_v11.5-Backup_details
Analyzes the log file of the last backup and retrieves related information: time spent, size of the backed up data, errors. Sends a notification when the backup fails. Configuration : share the log file and authorize access from the box with a login and password (user account) Attention : Compatible for ArcServe version 11.5

ArcServeBackup-JobStatus-Sql
Monitors the proper execution of ArcServe Backup jobs. Collects run time, size and number of files backed up. Alerts if the job did not run within the defined analysis period. Alerts if the job did not finish properly. Configuration: MSSQL supervisor account with read access to the ASDB, job number, analysis period, execution time.
