SEAGATE_eVault_JobStatus

Checks the status of an eVault backup job, notifies of alerts or errors, and quota overruns. Tracks the evolution of the backup size. Configuration: eVault job ID, backup frequency, alert and critical thresholds. Prerequisite: retrieve the list of agent IDs with the SEAGATE_eVault_JobList service template. Requires access to the eVault User Management database and WebCC.

SEAGATE_eVault_JobList

Collects and sends a list of agent IDs for a given company as an email. Agent IDs are needed to determine the backup status of the agent. Configuration: Access information for the EVault WebCC database.
