Collects the status of a port on the FC switch and changes the status when the port is not operational, or when the traffic on the port has errors (frames in error, timeout, CRC, etc). Configuration: the SNMP community of the device, the port number, the alert threshold and the critical threshold for the traffic as well as the number of errors per minute tolerated.
