Service Templates

BOX mode

IBM-DS4000-Performance

Collects performance data from the IBM storage array: the amount of I/O data in the array in MB/seconds, and the number of IOs per second. Configuration: IP address of the second controller (optional).

Available from version
3.13

IBM-DS4000-Controller-Perf

Collects performance data from an IBM storage array controller and changes state when thresholds are exceeded: data volume in MB/seconds, number of OIs per second. Configuration: IP address of the second controller (optional), controller name, thresholds, parameter to be returned (number of OIs or throughput).

Available from version
3.13

IBM-DS4000-Controllers-Status

Checks the status of an IBM storage array controller and its cache device, and returns the controller's firmware level. Configuration: IP address of the second controller, controller name.

Available from version
3.13

IBM-DS4000-DriveChannels-Status

Monitors the status of the disk channels in an IBM DS4x00 storage array, and goes into critical status if the status of at least one of the channels is not optimal. Configuration: IP address of the second controller.

Available from version
3.13

IBM-DS4000-Drives-Status

Checks the status of the disks in an IBM DS4x00 storage array, and goes into critical status if the status of at least one of the disks is not optimal. Configuration: IP address of the second controller.

Available from version
3.13

IBM-DS4000-Health

Analyzes the overall status of the IBM storage array. Configuration: IP address of the second controller.

Available from version
3.13

IBM-DS4000-LogicalDrives-Status

Checks the status of logical volumes in an IBM DS4x00 storage array, and goes into critical status if the status of at least one of them is not optimal. Configuration: IP address of the second controller.

Available from version
3.13

IBM-DS4000-LogicalVolume-Perf

Collects access performance data on a logical volume of the IBM storage array and changes state when thresholds are exceeded: data volume in MB/seconds, number of OIs per second. Configuration: IP address of the second controller (optional), name of the logical volume, thresholds, parameter to be returned (number of OIs or throughput).

Available from version
3.13
