VMware-ESX-Services-WithExclusion

Checks the status of ESXi host services that should be started except those set as parameters and switches to CRITICAL when at least one service is not started. Configuration: specify a VMware user member of the "user" group with Read Only rights on the hypervisor, the connection port to the server (optional), the list of services to be excluded from the check.

Checks the status of the hardware (fans, disks, power supplies, etc.) of a VMWare ESX server. Prerequisite: install VMWARE plugins available from manufacturers (HP Insight Manager, Dell's Open Manage, IBM IMM). Configuration: indicate a VMware user member of the "user" group with Read Only rights on the hypervisor, the name of the hardware manufacturer.
