In summary
After several months of work by all the Coservit teams, we are pleased to present today the new version of the Service Nav mobile application.
Through a redesign of the existing mobile application and while keeping the fundamentals, it updates the UX to improve the user experience.
This evolution is oriented around several components:
- The UX has been redesigned and an action bar at the bottom of the screen has replaced the existing menu. By conforming to the standards of mobile applications on the market and unifying the Android and iOs interface, this new version allows the user to find the key functions of the application permanently on the screen.
- Display of all the equipment, user services and unit services of companies. This functionality allows you to know in real time the precise state of the monitored park of a customer.
- Improvement of information sharing around interventions. In addition to all the information entered by a mobile technician, the work order signed by the customer is now stored in the CRM. Thus, there is no need to "run" after the intervention order to establish the invoice. It is directly available in the assistance request.
- Improved stability and reliability.
