New plugins, New Report and Use of Cloud subscriptions in user services



In summary

For this last major release of 2017, more evolutions for ServiceNav.

Do you need to analyze your service center activity or illustrate to your customer the correct and quick handling of events that occur on their infrastructure?

The activity report (Beta) allows you to answer his questions by analyzing the activity of your service center: Number of "Alert" and "Critical" incidents, rate of acknowledgment or opening of tickets*, average time to respond.

This report in Beta version will have ergonomic corrections in the next versions

Need to integrate a cloud service subscription into a user service?

It's now possible! Add a subscription to a cloud service as a dependency of a user service.

This way you can offer your customers or sites a full user service display, part of which depends on a cloud service.
