In summary

For this last major release in 2017, ServiceNav will be further upgraded.

Do you need to analyze the activity of your service center or to illustrate to your customer the good and quick consideration of events that occur on its infrastructure?

The activity report (Beta) allows you to answer his questions by analyzing the activity of your service center: Number of "Alert" and "Critical" incidents, rate of ticket opening or payment*, average time taken into account.

This Beta version of this report will have ergonomic corrections in future versions.

Do you need to integrate a subscription to a Cloud service into a user service?

It is now possible! Add a subscription to a cloud service as a dependency of a user service.

In this way you can offer your customers or your sites, a display of a complete user service, part of which depends on a cloud service.

 

And as with every version, take advantage of new plugins

Finally, the effort of location of English language plug-ins continues.

About 40 functional evolutions, technical evolutions and patches have been carried out.
