In summary

With version 3.5.0, the mapping module continues to evolve with the addition of the user service. The visibility rule of the dashboards now allows to view them from the company on which you are positioned. The configuration module has evolved to be more efficient and allow the mass creation of unit services on a set of equipments belonging to sub sites. This version also marks the development of essential functionalities on the Customer Care axis: tactile signature of the work order, valuation of actions, internal comments.

Finally, new unit service models, covering various technologies, are available: JMX, SAP, NUTANIX.

About 140 functional evolutions, technical evolutions and patches have been carried out.

The update on ServiceNav SaaS will be the subject of a separate communication.
